I have recently started personal training with Lewis from be your best fitness to improve my fitness and strength. Working in a physically demanding job it's important for me to build strength in the right places to prevent injuries on the job. Since training with him I am feeling so much better day to day and always breaking personal bests at training, work and every day life. Lewis has set out my training schedule to all the exercises I enjoy and need in order to achieve my goals which are ever changing. He is very knowledgeable in the body and always is quick to point out which muscle isn't working efficiently and how to rectify it. Also just started on his boxing class which it highly enjoyable and quite the work out!
