This training session is all about you and is suitable for those who want that more personal training experience with the focus 100% on them at all times. It also may suit those who feel less comfortable training in a group environment or who really want to make more rapid progress towards achieving their goals. This is also suitable for those who have not exercised for a long time and those who have significant functional impediments that require complete focus and attention.
These are for those who prefer the motivation and fun that comes from training with like-minded people. These small group sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 people so that everyone still gets significant face to face training time focused on the more challenging components of your training program.
Regardless of the type of training you undertake, everyone receives their own personalised fitness program. Progress is tracked regularly against your own individual goals and the training program is updated to account for changes in your fitness levels, any changes in your exercise preferences and progress made to achieving your goal. Training sessions are generally 60 minutes duration, though shorter programs can be accommodated for those who are particularly time poor.
